Nick Forster is the Senior Vice President and Co-Founder of FSI Worldwide, an international leader in ethical recruitment and labor solutions. Based in FSI’s newly established office in Washington, DC, Nick engages directly with policy makers and industry to address labor trafficking challenges in government and private sector contracting and operations, as well as developing effective commercial solutions that protects employers, employees, and clients.
Nick has spoken at the UN General Assembly Dialogue on Migration and regularly speaks at UN conferences and workshops as a subject matter expert on human trafficking and labor migration. Nick holds multiple degrees in international business and languages and has amassed over 15 years experience in business consultancy and entrepreneurial ventures.
FSI was originally founded to protect former Gurkha soldiers from becoming victims of debt bondage and corrupt recruitment practices in Nepal. FSI, headquartered in Dubai and with offices in 12 countries worldwide, now recruits from across the full skill spectrum as well as providing extensive support services.
