Patrick Lobdell is the Director of Government Services for International SOS Government Services, Inc. He works closely with the CEO of Government Services in the United States, and the Africa and the Middle East Region, as well as the President and CEO of the Government Services Division.
He is responsible for developing high-quality, customized solutions for government clients, from driving the creation of opportunities through to proposal management and initial implementation of contracted programs. He has both operational and clinical experience combined with business development and administrative management expertise. He has led projects delivering medical and assistance services with particular focus in austere and challenging operating environments.
Patrick Lobdell also served as Chief of the Level II Damage Control Surgery Hospital run by International SOS on behalf of UNSOS in Somalia. Here he led a 36-person clinical team in the delivery of medical services for the United Nations (UN) and other international organization personnel, enabling UN missions and the international community to expand their operations.
He studied undergraduate Biology at Butte/Glen and the University of Nevada, and is currently completing graduate studies at the Wharton School of Business and in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management at the University of Leicester.
