Senior Vice President, Government Services Readiness & Sustainment Solutions Business Unit; KBR
Ella manages a project portfolio valued at over $1 billion that is critical to the United States’ national defense. She leads over 12,000 employees on numerous projects around the world and in the U.S. This covers base support, infrastructure, and engineering services, as well as contingency response operations.
She has focused the Readiness & Sustainment Solutions Business Unit on expanding its footprint within the Department of Defense, and other federal government agencies. She has influenced the growth and expansion of KBR’s services and performance by implementing the company’s state of the art asset management program’s robust maintenance strategy reducing cost and increasing asset reliability.
Before joining KBR, Ella retired from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) after 26 years of service, where she was the Senior Executive of Service for DLA Enterprise Support. She managed critical infrastructure with a $1 billion budget and 1,400+ people at nine field locations worldwide.
Prior to that she served as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician in the U.S. Air Force and the Ohio Air National Guard. Ella received her Master of Science in national resource strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University, and a Bachelor of Science in business management from Malone College.
